Simon founded Archmon in 2019 initially as a consultancy to work with brands and has since supported its evolution to what it is today. Archmon is now a planning shop dedicated to helping small through to large businesses achieve their growth objectives through marketing. Archmon works with both its collective and planning partners on this page to bring the plans to life in a no-nonsense way.
He has worked on accounts across the Globe & UK such as Samsung, Vodafone, BT, Post Office, Lloyds Banking Group, TfL, Unilever, Greenpeace and many more upcoming brands. Simon is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM) and a regular contributor to the industry press. As your part-time marketing director/CMO, Simon likes to think he is well placed to support ambitious brands with their go-to-market, media and marketing plans.
Nina is an integrated comms planner with more than 10 years experience in marketing communication and media. Nina brings along the big agency experience to Archmon, and combines it with her personal interest for circular economy and sustainability, writing regularly for Goodvertising and Mediatel around sustainable comms and media planning.
Now founder of Franckly, her learning from having worked with brands such as EA Games, CarphoneWarehouse, FrieslandCampina and Samsung will benefit brands that are looking to scale up and grow their audience and business. Like us, she doesn’t believe in silos but believes in integrated full funnel and cross-channel planning. Communication solutions that work across several channels work the hardest for her clients, and will work with Simon closely on comprehensive briefs to achieve this.
Emily is our specialist integrated marketing planner for small businesses and startups, helping them on everything from inception through to campaign.
After gaining her Psychology Degree, Emily fuelled her interest in mindset & behaviours by working within various Consumer Psychology roles at top Media Agencies for several years. During this time she worked within multiple fields of business including Mitsubishi, Morrisons, MoJ and multiple consumer household names, giving her a true understanding of different corporate categories and business pressures.
However she is also founder of 360 enterprise - which was borne out of her real passion - for wanting to make an impact with small businesses and startups who don’t have access to marketing, or even know where to start, from Media Personalities and Trainers to Accountants & Bakeries. 360 connects all aspects of your brand to ensure it drives trust, likability, and most importantly, growth.
As our go-to guy for digital media and transformation, Lex has over 15 years’ experience in digital media, having worked on some of the world’s leading brands including BMW, MINI, L'Oréal and Danone, and also have experience within the food and drink sector with Hawksmoor and Pizza Hut, delivering best-in-class digital planning and activation across paid social and programmatic advertising.
He has a particular passion for performance marketing within the paid social media space – achieving results is everything to his clients. Within a changing landscape Lex ensures his clients achieve the best return from their ad spend by making sure they’re present where their audience is most active and attentive. He is also a huge advocate of machine learning and data-informed optimisations.
